I just became again static apena world champion at the Individual AIDA Pool World Championships 2016 held in Turku, Finland. Very easy and relaxing 9:23 first place in qualification and same time enough to win the final.
I didn't miss the chance to try DNF in this big competition and reached 175m NR, and I think with some training there is big gap for improvement as well.
This last months have been some hard outside the water, my grandpa... and my spearo fellow died, banks, moving, loads of antobiotics for a badly broken finger, so many weeks working including night and weekend amongst other things made my preparation difficult. But underwater things got easier after training the last weeks and it all paid off with good, easy and enjoyable breath holds.
